How To Quit Smoking Cigarettes
Ever since I can remember both of my parents have been heavy smokers. Between the both of them they smoked about a pack in a half a day. The house would always smell like cigarettes. When opening their bedroom door you couldn’t see anything because of the smoke it looked so foggy. Although I didn’t smoke I always smelled like cigarettes.
I would go to school and people would say to me, wow i didn’t know you smoked. And my answer was, “I don’t but both my parents do”. The cigarettes smell stuck to my hair and clothes. It didn’t matter if I put some perfume on, I still had that smell. I guess that is why I never was compelled to even start smoking. I was exposed to it and I supposed if I really wanted to I could’ve gone ahead and try a few puffs in my room without my parents noticing it. They smoked so much that I’m sure they would have not missed one or two cigarettes. But even till this day the thought of cigarettes grosses me out.

I tried repeatedly to help my parent stop smoking. I would hide the cigarettes but they just ended up buying more. I did intense research on the affect of smoking and even showed them some people that got lung cancer due to the smoking. So after having kids I realized that I could not expose my kids to that environment. I had a heart to heart talk with my mother and I told her that although I had no control of it while I was growing up, I refuse to put my kids, her grandchildren, through that. I explained to her that whenever she was around my kids I expected her not only not to smoke, but to not to smell like cigarettes. She then asked me if I can find for her methods to quit smoking cigarettes.
I immediately got her the nicotine gums which were surprisingly not as expensive as I thought. It allowed her to slowly decrease the cigarettes to the point that she gave it all up. It took her a bit longer because my father was not cooperating.
So again my mother asked if I can do further research on something that might work for my father in order for him to stop smoking. I did some research on the internet and came up with this product.
